Exciting News about our own Fannie Walker
We are very pleased to announce that Ms. Fannie Walker has accepted the newly created ACES Recruiter and Program Specialist position with NOWCC, effective March 13th 2010. Ms. Walker joined NOWCC in 2008 as a Payroll Specialist and has been instrumental in ensuring that payroll is processed on time every two weeks.

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) now has a permanently authorized Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program. Congress established the ACES Program with the passage of The Food & Energy Security Act of 2007 (the Farm Bill) on May 22, 2008.
